Carbon Pagoda Tour CFL 100 is our universal backcountry ski, with rockers that offer unsurpassed lift and maximum vertical efficiency at 100mm wide.. Playful shape characteristics they enable predictable, intuitive turns on a light ski that is just as at home on mild meadows as it is on steep and demanding couloirs. The Carbon Pagoda Tour CFL 100 is ideal for backcountry skiers who fearlessly push themselves to maximum elevations in search of fresh powder. Featuring a new Carbon Flax laminate, the playful and predictable nature of the Carbon Pagoda Tour CFL 100 offers plenty of cushioning for carving, drifting and pushing, which is unheard of for a ski of this width and weight.

Carbon Pagoda Tour CFL
Our Carbon Pagoda Tour CFL skis are synonymous with performance in backcountry skiing, which we have once again taken to a higher level. A recent innovation is the introduction of the 105 shape construction into our touring category. We tested these skis in the middle of winter in record-deep powder in the Wasatch region, on ice in the summer atop Mt. Hood and in notoriously changeable skiing conditions in New Zealand. When we started the research and development of these skis, we focused on our uncompromising requirements - durability, performance and sustainability. To achieve the highest values of these goals, we have developed a new unique carbon and flax laminate (CFL). This new construction reduces torsional vibration while maintaining our renowned carbon energy and long-term durability. This is a unique, high-performance laminate that shows the potential of incorporating flax plant fibers into our carbon construction. These skis are made with a new mix of materials. Checkerspot Algal sidewall technology (approx. 60% bio-based) and Entropy epoxy resin (approx. 25% bio-based) are the main stars of this technology. By choosing these materials, we support the growing industry of plant-based technologies and reduce our dependence on oil. It is another step towards better protection of nature and our beloved mountains.
