It combines all the achievements of the Fritschi VIPEC EVO 12 binding when pedaling and thanks to the new stabilization system of the foot (the foot of the ski boot is not held by two wire pins but is pressed from above and at the same time stabilized from the side), which ensures a perfect transfer of pressure from the ski boot to the ski and stability when riding . As the only used ski-alpine pin binding on the market, it has the option of adjusting the release force of both the tip and the foot in the range of DIN 5-13, so in terms of safety it ranks completely at the level of ordinary ski bindings, unlike other pin bindings that only declare it. The elasticity of the heel and toe ensures safety during short shocks to the skis and does not turn off the ski boot unless it is necessary from the point of view of safety. 3 options for adjusting the height of the heel when pedaling.
The heel shift for adjusting the shoe size is 25mm as standard. The possibility of matching the color of the binding with the rest of the equipment thanks to the colored replaceable parts supplied in the package.
Swiss made: All parts are made in Switzerland and assembled into high-quality of products in Reichenbach. After assembly, each binding undergoes a thorough quality control process including a functional test.

Safety features:
13mm elasticityBinding only turns off when really necessary.
A high elasticity value of up to 13 mm minimizes undesired release of the binding when driving aggressively down a slope. Absorbs all side shocks that could cause an unwanted shutdown right in the middle of the arc.

Side off tip where it's really needed
Same safety functionality tips as in downhill binding.
Pin binding with side shut-off function with corresponding DIN setting. In the event that the lateral forces acting during a fall could endanger the health of your legs, the binding will immediately turn off.
Forward heel off with 9mm elasticity
Forward release with dynamic response.
As with downhill bindings, the set DIN value represents the force required to release the boot from the binding. 9 mm elasticity compensates for all unwanted forces acting on the skier in the front-back direction, and only when it is exceeded, the binding reliably turns off.

Forward closure of the toe
In case of safety closure of the heel binding in the forward direction, the entire ski forced to tip forward. The tip of the ski boot acts on the surface of the release lever of the tip of the binding and thus ensures the safe disconnection of the entire ski boot from the binding and the ski when falling.
Emergency shutdown in the event of an avalanche while hiking
Sturdy while hiking and at the same time extremely safe in case of an emergency.
Despite the firm fit of the ski boot, the binding has a safety shut-off function in case of dangerous side forces even when pedaling. The lever on the tip must be in the WALK position to ensure the necessary stability when pedaling.

Comfort:
Intuitive operation and convenient fastening of the ski boot to the binding, Tecton provides an irreplaceable safety even in difficult terrain.
Firm and precise front stop
Intuitive turning on the binding.
The tip of the ski boot is carefully and precisely directed into the fastening position with the help of the front and side stops. Subsequently, the skier is immediately attached with precision using the binding pins. Getting into Tecton bindings is almost identical and comparably intuitive to getting into any downhill binding.

Simple operation for maximum comfort
Safety in any terrain and under any conditions.
Switching bindings from ski to pedal mode and vice versa is very easy, even eliminating the impractical need to take off the skis. The three degrees of inclination for pedaling in different slopes can be easily and quickly operated only with the help of a stick.
