Carbon Wailer 107 is a completely new ski design. It is the long and eagerly awaited medium-wide version of our award-winning platform with a turning radius of 15m and a pronounced rocker. This ski should be your choice if you want a powder ski that makes slalom turns on the piste, or a nimble backcountry ski that can also handle smooth turns on open slopes. In powder, this width and shape has great lift and quick maneuverability in technical areas. It holds the edge well on hard snow and also handles broken snow.

CARBON WAILER

The new Carbon Wailer line is our tribute to the skiers who, together with us, shaped the DPS brand. These skis exist to make skiing easier and more enjoyable, but with an emphasis on nimbly zigzagging between trees and surfing the deepest powder for a TOP experience. Carbon Wailer models share a common shape identity; 15m turning radius for great maneuverability and energetic carving curves, tapered tips for optimal lift in powder and a combination of rocker and camber that is versatile in all snow conditions.

Our Carbon Wailer skis feature a hybrid laminate instead of the full carbon laminate found in Kaizen skis. Hybrid laminate offers a balance between carbon response and a balanced feel when cornering.

These skis are made with a new mix of materials. Checkerspot Algal sidewall technology (approx 60% bio based) and Entropy epoxy resin (approx ;25%bio base) are the main stars of this technology. By choosing these materials, we support the growing industry of plant-based technologies and reduce our dependence on oil. It is another step towards better protection of nature and our beloved mountains.
